Dr. Raulerson proclaims MASA's 'Year of the Child'
At the August meeting of the Coalition for a Healthier Escambia County, there was general consensus, by those attendance, that most people in our county are not aware that we are privileged to have a state and national treasure living and working here.
We want to take this opportunity to let the people in our county know that on July 1, 2005 Dr. Marsha was inaugurated as the 130th President of the Medical Association of the State of Alabama (MASA). She is only the SECOND female to ever hold this prestigious position.
It is not the ordinary for a female physician from a rural county to be elected to fill this important role for MASA. But everyone who knows Dr. Marsha will attest to the fact that this is no ordinary person
