Mrs. Laura Voncile Ryals Wilson, 76, died Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2005, at a local hospital after an extended illness. She was a native of Conecuh County and a former resident of Pensacola, Fla., before moving to Brewton 40 years ago. She was a homemaker and of the Holiness faith.
She is survived by three sons, Mitchell Wilson and Donnie (Charlene) Wilson, both of Brewton, and Glen (Tamalia) Wilson Sr. of East Brewton; six sisters, Jessie Lee Janes and Madie Janes, both of Castleberry, Ola Mae Emmons of Mobile, Mavis Robinson of Repton, Myrtlene Odom of Brewton, and Doris Odom of Jay, Fla.; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Friday, Nov. 25, at 2 p.m. at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Robert Wilson officiating. Burial followed at Oak Grove Holiness Church Cemetery in Castleberry with Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home directing.
