Mrs. Ruby Estelle Huggins, 93, died Sunday, Feb. 26, 2006, in a local nursing facility. She was a native and life long resident of Century. She was a homemaker and a member of Sardis Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Archie William Huggins
She is survived by two daughters, Nell (David) Matheny of Flomaton, and Edna (Clifford) Vincent of Pensacola, Fla.; a sister, Mary Lee Shivers of Mobile; eight grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren and 10 great, great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, Feb. 28, at 3 p.m. at the Flomaton Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Mike Grindle officiating. Burial followed at Sardis Cemetery with Flomaton Funeral Home directing. Pallbearers were Clifford Danny Vincent, George Vincent, Mark Vincent, Tim Vincent, Anthony Matheny, Bubba Brown and Nathan Brown,
